Experience and approach
Fola was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. His litigation background informs his understanding of legal risk, negotiation and settlement preparation. His work combines that foundation with emotional intelligence and neuro-linguistic programming techniques to support communication and conflict management.

Certified Mediation Advocate, Standing Conference of Mediation Advocates (UK); Fellow, World Mediation Organization; Fellow, ADR Society of Nigeria; trained negotiator, Lagos Business School; Certified Emotional Intelligence Specialist; International Award in Delivering Training (UK).
