Information we collect
Initial enquiries collect your contact details, enquiry category and the information you choose to provide. Training accounts may include enrolments, attendance or completion records. Technical security logs may be recorded by the hosting provider. Do not submit sensitive case documents through a general enquiry form.
Why we use it
We use information to respond, assess suitability and conflicts, arrange services, administer learning and maintain security. Depending on the purpose, the applicable basis may be steps towards a contract, contractual necessity, a legal obligation, legitimate interests assessed against your rights, or consent. Marketing consent is separate from a service enquiry.
Sharing and external services
